Here at Glen Oro you can let your imagination run free. Working closely with our venue facilitator and planning staff, we have created a Wedding Day Experience that will stay with you and your guests for the rest of time. With an emphasis on impeccable service from our elite team we strive to not only fulfill all of your dreams on your wedding day, but also elevate the needs of your guests to a position where they feel as if this day was theirs too - everyone here is special. Glen Oro works with award winning international hospitality agencies to curate our events here, so together let us tap into our shared creative energy and make some real magic happen.

There are three different wedding packages to choose from which consist of either our Farm Elopement (up to 12 guests), Micro-Wedding (up to 30 guests), and our Grand Wedding (up to 180 guests). Both the Farm Elopements and the Micro-Weddings are offered as a fully inclusive experience with additional options for further customization.

Our Reception Area and Dining Hall

Built onto a plateau in the middle of a hayfield, with horses grazing peacefully in nearby paddocks lies our celebration site. Designed to fit into the rugged natural landscape, this area was designed in line with the farm’s early settler heritage with custom wood features, large boulders from the fields, fallen logs and stumps as garden walls, fire-pits, twinkling lights, towering trees, and epic sunsets. This site endeavours to make you and your guests feel at home and comfortable. We grow a multitude of vegetables here on the property, and showcase some of our picturesque gardens around the reception area where dinner is served. We are mindful to use sustainable food production practices and eat “farm-to-table”, whenever possible. The vegetable gardens are also open to guests, and lit at night to encourage everyone to learn about where their food comes from and hopefully inspire them to try their own hand at gardening.

Multiple Ceremony and Photography Options

With over 200 acres to choose from, including old growth hardwood forests, towering natural cathedral canopies, rolling emerald meadows, and stunning hilltop vistas we have got you covered on the scenery department. Our main ceremony site lies in a paddock, under the sweeping limbs of three ancient oak trees with long views across the valley. However, if your vision calls for something else that we can offer, we will endeavour to make it happen - this is why the site visit and venue inspection is so important - tailoring your ceremony experience specifically to you. We work with a handful of incredibly talented photographers that truly breathe life into their work. This is a family run farm that prides ourselves on welcoming new guests and making real connections with people. Weddings involve countless decisions to be made, and with so many details it can be overwhelming - honestly, we get it. At Glen Oro we want to simplify things for you by having one price for the venue on your day, and adding as much value as possible… think horseback riding (with lessons) so that you can ride out of your ceremony with confidence and poise, or enjoying the first night of your honeymoon in our historic Old Cabin. We love the idea of love, and we want to help you start your new life together with truly one-of-a-kind experiences as our wedding gift to you.
