Order of Go
These events are being held to promote FUN, safe and educational schooling.
Participants can enter 1, 2 or 3 phases in a division or enter different divisions in each phase.
Only OE membership is required. Additional entries will be accepted day of show, if time permits. Food catering will be available on site. Medical personnel on site. Farrier on call.

Dressage: 8:00 am start – All levels offered (PE-OI)
Find out what the judges are looking for. Select and ride your test of choice (please indicate on entry form). You will receive immediate comments following your salute. The judge will give you your test, as they were marked, after your ride.
You may ride more than one test. Clean and neat attire is required. Gloves are mandatory.
No leg boots/bandages. We will be starting with the 20x40m ring and will move to the 20x60m ring later in the day. Whips may now be carried.
Stadium: 9:00 am start – All levels offered (PE-OI)
Courses will be set as per level requirements, starting with pre-entry and building up. Course walks will be held prior to each level with course designer Sally Sainsbury.
Lines may be re-ridden if rider so wishes after their round.
After 3 refusals, it is obligatory to continue to the next obstacle.
Cross Country: 10:30 am start – Levels offered (PE-Prelim.)
Full courses will be flagged and decorated at each level.
The day will start at the pre-entry level and go to preliminary.
Outside assistance is allowed i.e. coach out on course offering encouragement/advice.
Cross country is not a speed race, but rather a controlled gallop as indicated by each level. Goal is to learn how to gallop at a specific speed and successfully negotiate obstacles on course as per the level.
Speeds for each course will be listed.
Minute markers will be put in place for PE, E, and PT for you to learn pace.
Tack as per OHTA rules.
After 3 refusals it is obligatory to continue to the next obstacle.
It is mandatory to give right of way to next rider approaching on course.
Both individual & pairs will be offered at each level.
